Omnichannel sales will gain momentum even in D2C brands. With rising inflation people are getting more budget-conscious, thus they may opt for cheaper alternatives which could cause greater competition among retailers and brands.
What is one piece of advice you have for ecommerce merchants looking to grow their business in 2023?
Analyze your target audience & market well. Present the actual benefits of what exactly your product can offer. Keep a close eye on your competitors and their products. Intelligent pricing strategies can make your store more preferable and competitive.
